Tim Forshey
Timothy A. Forshey is a seasoned firearms law and criminal defense attorney dedicated to zealously protecting and advocating the rights of his clients through all ethical and professional means. Tim provides a uniquely personal touch, offering counsel and comfort to his clients so they can focus on their lives while he manages their legal needs.
With nearly 25 years of experience in firearms law, personal injury law and criminal law, Tim is a member of the State Bars of Arizona, Colorado and Illinois and a member of numerous professional organizations. He has been featured in several prominent magazines, including Time, Money, Phoenix, Guns and Guns and Weapons for Law Enforcement.
Tim has been a National Rifle Association-certified instructor since 1997 and has served as the lead concealed carry instructor at the elite Scottsdale Gun Club since it opened in 2002. He is certified by the U.S. Practical Shooting Association (USPSA) as an “A class” shooter, the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) as an “Expert class” shooter and by the Glock Sport Shooting Federation (GSSF) as a “Master” class shooter. He was won numerous state and national marksmanship competitions in his class.
Michael Johnstone
Michael Johnstone is an Albuquerque native, and a recent transplant to the Phoenix area. He has 20 years of experience as a paralegal in family law and general civil litigation. Additionally, he has a decade of experience teaching criminal justice, government and general education courses in technical, vocational and community colleges in both New Mexico and Arizona. Michael has an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of New Mexico, and a master’s degree in business and organizational and security management from Webster University.
Michael is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, and remains true to his New Mexico roots and the UNM Lobos, but is very excited for the new opportunities offered in the Valley of the Sun.
Vickie Martin
Vickie Martin is a contract senior paralegal for our firm. She brings decades of experience in the legal field, specializing in family law and personal injury law. Prior to her career in the legal field, Vickie worked in the corporate world supporting senior level executives.
Originally from the south side of Chicago, Vickie graduated from National College in Rapid City, South Dakota, and began her career in Denver, Colorado where she resided for 30 years. Vickie relocated to Phoenix in 2013 to be closer to family.
